Founder & Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Ailin is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in women’s health and menopause care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Women’s Health, from Boston College’s William F. Connell School of Nursing in 2016. In 2026, she earned her Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) credential, reflecting her specialized knowledge in caring for women during the menopausal transition and beyond.
Her clinical background includes years of caring for women through all stages of life, with experience in gynecologic and prenatal care, reproductive health, contraception, STI evaluation and treatment, cancer
screening, diagnostic testing, minor procedures, preventive care, and health counseling. Her broader nursing experience also includes caring for acutely ill and medically complex patients, providing a strong foundation in clinical assessment, clinical judgment, and individualized patient care.
Ailin also brings extensive experience in medical aesthetics, including nearly a decade as an aesthetic nurse injector and practice owner. Her expertise includes neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers including Juvederm and Restylane, microneedling, PRP, vitamin injections, medical weight management, and skin rejuvenation treatments. She is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, aesthetic eye, and commitment to natural-looking results.
